Ross,
the translation seems to be pretty good. The only slight improvements I would add are:

- "misure" (measures) could be substituted with metriche (metrics)at point 3 (Valuta e Affina)
- "rifinisci" (refine) is correct but not really well sounding in italian. "Raffina" could be better (again Valuta e Affina)
- "persuasori" is correct (in Ascolta) but "influencer" (influencers) is much more meaningful

Btw I'm still reading and rereading your "Implementing Enterprise 2.0". Working with E20 since beginning 2007, your one is the only book with real and complete operative indications on the topic.
